A "will" is not only for rich or ultra-rich families.
It is about safeguarding whatever assets you have accumulated and ensuring that those assets eventually transfer to the people you want them to go to.
It becomes particularly important if conflicts arise within the family or there is a dispute over ownership of assets.
Writing a will is one more step you can take while you are alive to protect your family even when you are no longer there.
