To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
By submitting portfolio data, personal information, or any other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, process, analyze, store, and aggregate such data for the purpose of providing and improving the Service, developing new features, generating anonymized and aggregated analytics, and any other lawful business purpose.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
